The fee must accompany applications for all new students and is non-refundable but will apply towards registration fees if the child is accepted. - $100

Covers most books & supplies as well as an LWA Yearbook. Payable at registration. - $250

K-8 STUDENT ACTIVITY FEE
Covers most activities, field trips, and LWA polo shirt. - $125

K-8 TECHNOLOGY FEE (PER STUDENT) - $75

Limitation of Discounts – Discounts and/or financial aid cannot exceed 50% of the standard tuition for any given child or family.​

Fellowship of Wildwood Church Member Discount - A 10% Discount to tuition-related costs can be applied to children and grandchildren of Fellowship of Wildwood members.

Multiple Child Discount – A discount will be offered for families with multiple children beginning with the second child enrolled, at a rate of 2.5% per child, with a maximum family discount of 7.5% (the equivalent of enrolling four or more children at LWA). The eligible discount will be applied against the family’s full year tuition bill. 

Payment Option #1 – A 2% discount will be applied to a family’s full year tuition for those who pay in full prior to the first day of school. All families that are enrolled by July 1st will receive a full year tuition statement 30 days prior to the beginning of the term. 

Payment Option #2 (Nine month option) – Families who wish to pay their tuition over the course of the school year may do so in nine monthly payments beginning in September and ending in May. There will be no discounts for using the monthly payment plan option.

Payment Option #3 (Eleven month option) – Families who wish to spread their tuition payments over 11 months may do so beginning in July and ending in May. There will be no discounts for using the monthly payment plan option.

Note: Families choosing to pay by credit card will have the cost of the credit card fees (2%) added to their payment.

REFERRAL BONUS

LWA will pay a bonus to any LWA family for referrals of new students who subsequently enroll in LWA. This “New Student Referral Bonus” (NSRB) will be $500 for the referral of any new student in the elementary grades (K- 8th) and $200 for any PreK student and will be applied as a credit against the referring family’s LWA account when the referred student’s account has been paid in full. The NSRB is not subject to the 50% Limitation of Discounts as described above. The NSRB is a one-time award for an entering student and does not apply to siblings or re-enrolling students.

FINANCIAL AID

Living Water Academy has developed a financial aid program for families that may require assistance. In the interest of biblical stewardship, Living Water Academy’s financial aid program is open to families who have at least one child enrolled ini K-8th grade and is based upon proven need as assessed via a third party evaluation. Applications for financial assistance can be obtained from the LWA office. Applications must be resubmitted for consideration each school year.
